Return & Refund Policy

All prints are produced on demand through our professional printing partner.

Because each print is custom-made for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size, or aesthetic preference.

If refund / return is requested due to damage or defect (note: low dpi, grain, pixelated does not count as defect), please contact me on Instagram within 14 days with photos of the defect or damage.

I will do my best to replace your order, however it will not always be possible due to responsibility for damage might lie with the shipping agent or printing partner.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
